2 tablespoons of parsley leaves
1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
200 ml. of water
Method of Preparation:
Boil the water in a pot, then add the chopped parsley leaves and simmer the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes.
Next, remove the pot from the heat and leave it to cool down, then add the lemon juice or ACV and mix well.
Pour the mixture in a container and keep it in the fridge.
